Bond + Bridge

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing joinbb.club, thebondandbridge.com, or purchasing a founding waitlist spot, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use this site or purchase a waitlist spot.

 

2. About Bond + Bridge

Bond + Bridge is a private Caribbean social club and community experience for Caribbean diaspora professionals, creatives, entrepreneurs, and culturally connected individuals. It is owned and operated by Bond and Bridge LLC, a Georgia limited liability company ("Bond+Bridge", "we", "our", or "us").

 

3. The Founding Waitlist

  • The founding waitlist fee is $49 (USD), paid at the time of registration.

  • This fee secures your place on the founding waitlist and is applied in full toward your membership initiation fee if you are invited to join at launch.

  • The intention is to invite founding waitlist members to join as full members at launch, provided their participation remains aligned with the values, culture, and community standards of Bond + Bridge.

  • Because waitlist capacity is limited and planning begins immediately after registration, the $49 fee is non-refundable under all circumstances except where required by applicable law.

  • Purchasing a waitlist spot does not guarantee membership, admission, event access, or future approval into Bond + Bridge. It guarantees priority access to founding membership before the club opens to the general public.

  • Bond + Bridge reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to accept or to decline, revoke, or suspend membership at its sole discretion in order to protect the integrity, safety, and experience of the community.

  • As we are still in the building phase, we reserve the right to modify membership structures, pricing, benefits, launch timelines, event offerings, or program features at any time prior to or after launch.

 

4. Membership Launch

  • Bond + Bridge currently anticipates launching founding memberships in September 2026 in Atlanta, Georgia.

  • Launch timing is subject to change.

  • From time to time, launch timelines, programming details, events, partnerships, travel experiences, discounts, perks, or future offerings described on this website, social media, marketing materials, or email communications may be updated or refined in order to best serve the community and long term vision of Bond + Bridge.

  • While we fully intend to launch the experiences, programming, and membership offerings described throughout our materials, details may evolve as we continue building the club. 

  • Waitlist members will be notified of any material changes via the email address provided at registration.

  • Any updates to membership pricing or launch details will be communicated to founding waitlist members via email.

5. Communications

By joining the founding waitlist, you agree to receive communications from Bond + Bridge, including but not limited to:

  • Waitlist confirmation and updates

  • Pre-launch nurture emails

  • Membership launch announcements

  • Event invitations and club news

  • Community updates and news

  • Marketing and promotional communications

You may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email. Unsubscribing from marketing emails does not cancel your waitlist spot or entitle you to a refund.

Please note that unsubscribing from marketing communications does not cancel your waitlist registration or create eligibility for a refund.

 

6. Intellectual Property

All content on joinbb.club, thebondandbridge.com, or affiliated Bond + Bridge platforms — including the Bond + Bridge name, logo, copy, and design — is the property of Bond and Bridge LLC and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission.

7. Community Standards

  • Bond + Bridge is committed to cultivating a respectful, elevated, and culturally affirming community experience.

  • By participating in the waitlist, future events, digital spaces, or membership activities, you agree not to engage in unlawful, abusive, discriminatory, threatening, or disruptive conduct toward other members, guests, partners, or representatives of Bond + Bridge.

  • We reserve the right to remove individuals from events, digital platforms, or membership consideration where conduct is determined to negatively impact the community experience or safety of others.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bond + Bridge and its affiliates, owner, employees, contractors, interns, partners and representatives shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or participation in the waitlist. In all cases, our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid — $49.

9. Events & Participation

  • Participation in future Bond + Bridge events, gatherings, travel experiences, or activities is voluntary and may involve certain inherent risks.

  • By participating, you agree to assume responsibility for your own conduct, safety, and personal belongings during such experiences.

  • Additional event-specific terms or waivers may apply to certain activities or travel experiences.

10. Dispute Resolution

  • We genuinely hope to resolve any concerns through open and good-faith communication.

  • If a dispute arises relating to these Terms or your relationship with Bond + Bridge and cannot be resolved informally, the dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the State of Georgia, except where prohibited by law.

  • You agree to waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against Bond + Bridge.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict of law principles.

​

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

 

13. Changes to These Terms

Bond + Bridge reserves the right to update these Terms at any time as the club evolves and grows. Material changes will be communicated via email or website. Continued participation in the waitlist after notice of changes constitutes acceptance.
