By using this site or purchasing a founding waitlist spot, you agree to the practices described here.

Information you give us directly:

Your email address
Your payment information (processed securely through Wix Payments — we do not store your card details)

Information collected automatically when you visit the site:

Your IP address and general location
Browser type and device information
Pages visited and time spent on the site
How you arrived at the site (e.g., a link, a search, a social media post)

This automatic data is collected by Wix (our website platform) and, if you have consented, by Meta Pixel (see Section 5).

4. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

Process your $49 founding waitlist payment
Confirm your waitlist registration
Send you the Bond + Bridge email nurture sequence via Kit (formerly ConvertKit)
Communicate updates about the membership launch
Improve the site experience based on aggregate usage data
Run targeted advertising on Facebook and Instagram (Meta Pixel — see Section 5)

We will never use your information to sell you something unrelated to Bond + Bridge, and we will never sell your data to third parties.

5. Meta Pixel and Advertising

Our site uses the Meta Pixel, a tool provided by Meta Platforms, Inc. (Facebook/Instagram).

What it does, in plain English: When you visit joinbb.club, the Meta Pixel places a small piece of data on your browser. This allows us to:

See how visitors interact with our site after clicking a Facebook or Instagram ad
Show Bond + Bridge ads to people who have previously visited our site
Find new audiences on Facebook and Instagram who share characteristics with our site visitors

What Meta does with this data: Meta may use this data in accordance with its own privacy policy, which you can read at facebook.com/privacy/policy. If you use Facebook or Instagram, Meta's data practices apply to how that data is used on their platforms.

How to opt out: You can limit this tracking by:

Adjusting your ad preferences at facebook.com/adpreferences
Using your browser's privacy settings to block third-party cookies
Installing a browser extension that blocks tracking pixels

6. Email Communications

By joining the founding waitlist, you consent to receive emails from Bond + Bridge. These include your welcome email, our nurture sequence, and launch-related updates.

Our emails are sent through Kit (formerly ConvertKit).

Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link. You can opt out at any time. Unsubscribing from emails does not cancel your waitlist spot or affect your $49 payment.

7. Payment Processing

The $49 founding waitlist fee is processed securely through Wix Payments. Bond and Bridge LLC does not store, access, or retain your payment card information. All payment data is handled in accordance with Wix Payments' security standards and PCI compliance protocols.

10. Data Retention

We keep your personal information for as long as your waitlist registration is active, and for a reasonable period afterward for legal and operational purposes.

We may update this Privacy Policy as Bond + Bridge grows and our data practices evolve. When we make material changes, we will notify registered waitlist members by email. The effective date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent version.
