Bond and Bridge LLC

1. The Founding Waitlist Fee

The $49 fee you pay to join the Bond + Bridge founding waitlist is a one-time payment. It secures your place on the founding waitlist and is applied in full toward your membership initiation fee when Bond + Bridge launches.

This fee is non-refundable except as described in Section 2.

2. The One Exception

If Bond + Bridge does not launch its membership program, every founding waitlist member will receive a full refund of their $49 fee — no request necessary. We will process refunds automatically to the original payment method on file.

We define "launch" as opening paid memberships to founding waitlist members. If we launch in a modified form, on a revised timeline, or in a different city than originally planned, the fee remains non-refundable. The only trigger for an automatic refund is Bond + Bridge not launching at all. Bond + Bridge is committed to launching its membership program. In the event of a significant delay, we will communicate updates directly to all founding waitlist members by email.

3. What the Fee Is Not

The $49 founding waitlist fee is not a deposit, a trial, or a subscription. It is a commitment to be part of the founding cohort of Bond + Bridge — and it reflects our commitment back to you.

Joining the waitlist does not guarantee membership. It guarantees your place at the front of the line when memberships open, and your $49 applied toward the cost of joining.

4. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback through your bank or card issuer instead of contacting us directly, we reserve the right to contest the dispute based on this policy, which you agreed to at the time of purchase.
